Merchant of Record for online businesses — run by two founders

Accept payments from any country — without your own entity and without the headache

EasyPay is Anton and Andrey. We act as the Merchant of Record for your sales: your customer buys from our entity, and the whole stack behind it is ours — Stripe, crypto, hosted checkout, support and the correspondence with banks. Your balance goes out in the currency you want. One partner instead of a dozen vendors.

Taking money from abroad is harder than it looks

Especially if you sell courses, services, SaaS or consulting to an international audience from outside the US and EU.

No entity abroad

Stripe, PayPal, Paddle and the rest require a company in the US, the EU or the UK. Setting one up yourself is slow and expensive, and it comes with accounting and taxes.

The money does not reach you

Payouts from the US to your country run into SWIFT, compliance, double conversions and fees. The result is 3–7% lost and weeks of waiting.

A zoo of vendors

Stripe separately, crypto processing separately, local methods separately, a lawyer separately, an accountant separately. Every integration, contract and point of failure is yours.

Different markets, different payment methods

Cards and Apple Pay in the US. SEPA and iDEAL in the EU. Local wallets in Asia. Crypto and local rails elsewhere. One gateway does not cover that.

Blocked payments and chargebacks

Stripe Radar declines payments, customers are unhappy, and you are left alone with support and boilerplate rejection wording.

All of it eats the founder’s time

Instead of the product and customers you deal with KYC, restricted-category policies, refunds and tax notices.

EasyPay is two specific people, not an anonymous “service”

We are product entrepreneurs who have been through all of it ourselves: incorporating companies, fighting with Stripe, moving money through crypto and Wise. That is why EasyPay is the service we would want to use ourselves.

Partnerships Financial operations Product growth

An entrepreneur since 2011. In 2013 he launched his first international business — the team in one country, the company in the US, customers across America, Europe and Asia. Over 13 years our products have been used by 10M+ people, and one of the companies reached $2M in annual revenue. He has been through Stripe freezes, success-rate battles and long threads with compliance. Some accounts we saved, some we lost — both turned out to be equally valuable.

EasyPay grew out of the infrastructure we had been building for our own products for years. At some point entrepreneur friends started asking to rent it — that is when it became clear this was a product of its own. My job is to take payment complexity off the founder so they can do what they started the business for.

“I want the path from an idea to the first payment to fit into a single vibe-coding session — no entity, no bank, no months of paperwork. And for that to be what produces the world’s first solopreneur unicorn.”

Product design Financial systems architecture AI engineering

A product entrepreneur and systems architect with 20 years in B2B. He built partner channels for IBM and Adobe — helping partners create value through implementation, not just resell licences. He created an executive workplace on tablets: the product took 60% of its niche and reached dozens of large enterprise rollouts. Together with Anton he spent six years building an analytics service for business owners — helping entrepreneurs see their financial picture, funnels, weak spots and growth points.

At EasyPay he owns the product, the user experience and the architecture of the financial system. He builds the payment platform as an AI-native product: instead of growing the team — agent pipelines and contracts that let two founders do the work of ten. My job is to turn scattered, complicated payment mechanics into a transparent, controllable interface for the business owner.

“Finance, payments and cross-border transfers do not become simple on their own. But we assemble them into a system — to give the founder a clear interface for managing money instead of a maze of jurisdictions, banks and payment providers.”
Direct contact, no first-line support

You write to us on Telegram and get an answer from the same person who makes the decisions. No tickets, no scripts.

We are users ourselves

We have our own online products and Stripe accounts behind us. We know where Stripe hurts and how to get out of it.

We agree terms, not “process an application”

Terms, fees and payout format are agreed for your case up front. No surprises buried in a dashboard.

Turnkey payment infrastructure

You sell under our Merchant of Record setup and get a working Stripe account configured for your business, plus everything Stripe alone is missing: crypto, hosted checkout, support and payouts in the currency you choose.

1
Stripe account

Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact and dozens of local payment methods worldwide.

2
Merchant of Record

We are the seller on record: your customer contracts and pays our entity, and we carry the merchant relationship with the processors and banks. No LLC to open, no foreign accounting on your side.

3
Crypto processing

USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20) and ETH — processed automatically and matched to the order in your system.

4
Checkout and payment links

Hosted checkout and payment links you can spin up in seconds — for a course, a subscription or a one-off invoice.

5
Payouts in your currency

We pay your balance out to your account — USDT, USD/EUR via Wise, SWIFT or local rails. No double conversions.

6
Integrations and back office

Granting access to your product on payment, webhook setup, help with refunds and chargebacks — plus integration with the platform you already sell on.

EasyPay is a fit if you are —

  • an online school or course producer selling to an international audience
  • a SaaS product that wants card and SEPA subscriptions
  • a consultant, coach or therapist with clients in Europe and the US
  • a studio, agency or production house working with clients abroad
  • a digital service taking payments from users in many countries
  • a founder who wants to work on the product, not the infrastructure

MCP server

Add payments to your product by simply asking your AI agent

The course, SaaS or consulting offer is ready — all that is left is taking money. No Stripe onboarding, no SDK, no hours of fiddling. Tell your AI agent in Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Gemini CLI: “Create a $299 payment link for my course” — it calls EasyPay and hands back a working link within a minute. Put it on the landing page, in an email, in Telegram or in a YouTube description — the money lands in your balance.

1
5 minutes, not 5 days

Creating a product and a payment link through an agent is faster than figuring out the Stripe Checkout SDK.

2
Works with what you already have

The payment link goes anywhere: your course landing page, an email campaign, a Telegram chat, a YouTube description.

3
A continuation of how you already work

You built the landing page in Cursor, wrote the copy in Claude, drew the icons in Midjourney, made the video in Veo. With EasyPay MCP, payments join that row — just another task for the agent.

4
We are built on it ourselves

Andrey and Anton work through Claude and Codex every day. We build EasyPay MCP not as a marketing gimmick but as our own tool: we are its first users.

Frequently asked questions

What does “Merchant of Record” mean for me?

It means EasyPay is the seller on record for the transaction: your customer buys from our entity, sees our details on the receipt, and we hold the merchant accounts with Stripe and the other processors. Economically the balance is yours — we keep the ledger per partner and pay out regularly in the currency and format we agree on.

What are the fees?

The EasyPay fee sits on top of the processor fee (Stripe, the crypto processor). The exact numbers depend on your volume, where your customers are and the methods you choose — we agree them individually before you start.

How and when do I get my money?

We pay out on an agreed schedule — usually weekly, or on request above a certain amount. Options: USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20), USD/EUR via Wise, SWIFT, local rails.

Which businesses do you not accept?

We do not work with categories prohibited by Stripe’s policies and our own rules: adult content, illegal services, unlicensed gambling and the like. In complex or sensitive niches we decide case by case.

What if Stripe blocks a payment or the account?

We handle the correspondence with Stripe ourselves: answering compliance requests, providing documents, disputing chargebacks. That is part of the job and it is included in the fee.

How do I start?

The simplest path is to open @easypay_onboarding_bot and go through the free demo: 5 minutes, no signup, no commitment. The bot shows how the service would work for you, calculates the fees and lets you try a test payment. If questions remain, Andrey and I answer personally within a business day.
